
Alicia Embley Turner concentrates in the practice area of civil litigation, collections and creditors' rights, business law, corporate law and general civil litigation. Prior to her association with Newman, Comley & Ruth, P.C. in 2000, she worked for an international law firm in Paris, France.
Ms. Embley Turner is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Cole County Bar Association. She is also a member of Jefferson City West Rotary Club and serves as a member of the Rotary District 6080 Youth Exchange Committee.
Ms. Embley Turner was born in Jerseyville, Illinois, in 1973. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French. In 1999, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law, where she served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review and President of the International Law Society.
