Ed Clausen is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.  Mr. Causen defends doctors, hospitals and nurses for Healthcare Services Group, Missouri Hospital Plan, and Medical Liability Alliance.  His practice emphasizes defending hospitals and health care professionals in medical legal matters including malpractice claims and licensing issues.  He also represents individuals in Family Law matters throughout central Missouri.  He is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, DRI, the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, The Missouri Bar Tort and Family Law Section.  He served as Cole County Bar President, 1996.  He received recognition from the Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2007 for one of the Top Defendants' Verdicts of the year.  He serves as a Disciplinary Panel Hearing Officer, appointed by the Advisory Committee of the Supreme Court of Missouri.

Mr. Clausen resides in Jefferson City with his wife Debby, and three children, Matthew, Brooke and David.
